 | All members agree to review and respect other
members’ preferences as indicated on their Profile Page - particularly sex and age
range of their desired travel companions and how they wish to be contacted (in writing,
by phone or e-mail). |
| Members may request copies of other - potentially
compatible - members’ Profile Pages only with the express understanding and condition
that such members’ names and other Profile Page information are to be utilized only
for their own, private, non-commercial use in order to make it possible for members to
compare potential compatibility as a travel companion and/or partner. |
| Members may NOT reveal names or other Profile
Page information or give Profile copies to friends or any other person or organizations,
such as, but not limited to, other members, travel agents, other singles groups, etc. |
| Please inform TCE immediately if you are ever
contacted by a non-member, such as a ‘friend of a member.’ (Such dishonest
people will make poor travel partners in any case.) Always ask for and give your TCE
membership number when making initial contact with other TCE members. |
| All TCE publications and Profile Pages are
protected by Copyright. Members who misrepresent themselves or who share Profile Page
information with others or try to make use of TCE literature or members’ names for
commercial purposes may have their membership terminated without refund and may be liable
for damages. |
| Be courteous and considerate in all contacts with
other members. Please try to answer all letters received or return photos exchanged, even
if it is only in the form of a brief note. |
